Terms of Service

These terms govern use of 3D Job Desk at 3djobdesk.com and app.3djobdesk.com, including the website, the optional Shopify app, the optional WordPress plugin, and Printer Bridge. By creating an account, installing the app, or using a desk, you agree to them. If you are opening a desk for a shop, you confirm you can bind that shop.

3D Job Desk is a print operations desk: intake, quoting, job tracking, and optional printer status. We are not the print shop. We do not manufacture parts, set your prices, or sell to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for the work you accept, the quotes you send, and the goods you ship.

You need an account to run a desk. Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for activity on that account, including staff you invite. Close the desk or ask us to delete it if you stop using the service.

Desk subscriptions are billed monthly after a 15-day free trial on a first-time subscription. Starter, Team, and Business limits are shown on the pricing page. Platform fees are charged by Stripe to the operator of 3D Job Desk. Cancel before the trial ends and you should not be charged for that first term. A desk that already had a subscription does not get a second trial.

Job payments are separate. If you paste your own Stripe keys, Checkout charges go to your Stripe account. 3D Job Desk does not take a cut of those charges. Shopify invoices, if you use them, are between you, Shopify, and the customer. Failed, disputed, or refunded job payments are yours to handle.

Print files, job records, customer contacts, and shop brand you store on a desk belong to that shop. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data only to provide the desk (including sending quotes you trigger, creating invoices you request, and showing printer status you connect). Do not upload files you have no right to print.

Do not use the service for illegal work, malware, or to attack other systems. Do not probe, scrape, or overload 3D Job Desk. We may suspend a desk that puts the service or other shops at risk.

Shopify and WordPress are optional. If you install those add-ons, their terms and your store’s policies still apply. Uninstalling the Shopify app or the WordPress plugin stops new jobs from those channels; it does not automatically delete the desk on 3D Job Desk.

Printer Bridge is optional local software. You run it on a computer that can reach your printers. It forwards printer status to your desk. You are responsible for that computer, your network, and which devices you pair.

If you connect Gmail or Microsoft 365, you authorize 3D Job Desk to send mail you choose (such as quotes) through that inbox. You can disconnect the inbox in Settings. We do not claim ownership of that mailbox.

The service is provided as available. We aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free files, or that a quote, invoice, or printer reading is complete. To the fullest extent allowed by law, 3D Job Desk and its operator are not liable for lost jobs, lost files, lost profits, or print defects, and total liability for a claim is limited to the platform subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

We may change these terms. The current version lives at 3djobdesk.com/terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close the desk.
